InformedEater’s collaborative network connects consumers and producers with knowledge about food and the resources they need to create a transaction. Through InformedEater’s web portal, consumers will easily be able to search and discover new, certified producers and vendors that meet their needs. InformedEater provides producers with their own online farm stand, allowing them to upload goods, communicate with purchasers, and collect payments. Both the consumer and the purchaser will be able to rate and review the transaction in an open style format. InformedEater has many benefits for business to business relationships as restaurants and markets are always looking for new sources of ingredients, products and services. The InformedEater platform will provide its users with a collaborative and transparent solution to tackle the issues around the food industry.   InformedEater’s ambassador program allows individuals interested in helping out in the mission of the company by signing up businesses while receiving a commission for doing so.
